Med-Line School of Medical Transcription endeavors to provide satisfactory services and a quality program to our students. However, should issues or questions arise they should be directed to the instructors and/or Program Director in writing. A response will be sent to the student, in writing, within 10 days.
Students or instructors may take issues or complaints to the Med-Line School Advisory Committee. Med-Line School has a formal Advisory Committee that meets monthly (around the 15th) to discuss and resolve pertinent issues or disputes. A response will be sent to the student, in writing, within 10 days following the Advisory Committee’s result. This board is comprised of staff, management, and student peers.
If the complaint cannot be resolved after exhausting the Institution’s grievance procedures, the student may file a complaint with the Arizona State Board for Private Post-Secondary Education. The student must contact the State Board for further details. The State Board address is:
