Financial Aid Application

· Click the Apply for FA tab in your MyCAA account.

· Click on Begin Financial Assistance Application at the bottom of the page.

· Click the checkbox to the left of your course and click the green arrow at the bottom of the page.

· Enter the start and end dates of your course. Since the Med-Line program is entirely online and done at your own pace, you can enter a start date of tomorrow or later (you cannot enter today’s date); it doesn’t matter what date you choose for your start date, but the end date needs to be one day shy of a year for a total of 365 days.

                   Example:
                         Term Start Date 06/15/09
                         Term End Date 06/14/10

· Click on the green arrow on the right to move to the next portion of the application.

· Click the boxes to the right of each statement.

· Enter your Username and Password (the same ones you use to log in to your MyCAA account) to digitally sign the document. Click the green arrow on the right to proceed.

· Print this page for your records. Once you’ve completed this application, your course will appear with an ENROLLED status next to it in your career plan.

· Once Med-Line School of Medical Transcription receives notification from MyCAA, you will begin the program and the path to your new career.
